I've got no idea, but where in the world can I go in Melbourne to learn Japanese.

I've been wanting to find a course but have never been able to, does RMIT do any?

Yes RMIT does teach Japanese, the main building is Building 37 Lv.5 Admin office they only take students at the first half of the year. Go to the Prospective Studuents Office (the one that is on the corner of La Trobe St and Swanston St) and get more info there!

Plus there is one in Lt Bourke St that also teaches Japanese
